My ISBN hasn't been included in my publication yet. What I have to do now?

Hello!

When a purchase of an ISBN is not automatically inserted into the work, we have a few hypotheses for the occurrence. They are:

1. The purchase has not yet been cleared by CBL.


2. The ISBN purchase was made for a book that has not had its publication completed or is no longer available online.


3. The ISBN purchase was made for a work, but another version of it was published.

Regarding items 2 and 3, it's important to explain in detail:

Each order is linked to the book code of the work being published. If you purchase the ISBN for work X, remove it, and publish a new one with code Y, the ISBN will not be automatically linked, requiring an adjustment from our team, okay? The solution is relatively simple: provide the book code and ISBN number to our team, and we will assist you with the adjustment :)

Oh, and very important: For your work to receive the ISBN, it needs to always be available on the website, as this is how CBL will validate the publication of the work automatically.
